The danger of caffeine overdose

I love my coffee, but I was never really aware of caffeine overdose until I read a news story about it yesterday. There’s a limit to how much caffeine you can consume. For one teenager in Northern Ireland, the limit was seven double espressos. 17 year old Jasmine Willis thought that the espressos were single shots, but even 5 espressos seem high to me.

There are lots of variations of coffeemakers - from high-end, beautiful and shiny stainless steel espresso machines to cheap plastic Mr. Coffee knock-offs. Here’s a unique type of coffee maker. Azmeraw Zeleke of northern Ethiopia uses old mortar shells, which stand about one metre high, to make his coffee machines.
